ONDC(Open Network for Digital Commerce) Network

  During Covid 2019, government authorities found that digital commerce is really important. Hence the need to make the online commerce affordable and available to all came into picture. This is not a regulatory body by government. It is a facilitator to allow online buying and selling of products and is completely decentralised. Svanidhi yojana

  A scheme by government for local vendors wherein they are eligible for 10.000 of loan. They will get this amount quarterly. A subsidy of 7% on interest. After covid this step has been taken to revive rojgaar of street vendors. This came into existence after 2019. Street vendors constitute a lot of economic activists - be it roadside ration shops, street food, vegetable and fruit hawkers or juice vendors. There is a time period for repayment of this loan which is around an year.

5G in India

  5G hardwares are into market. Most of the phones are now having 5G compatibility. When it comes to 5G then network includes a Radio unit and some Data Units. One can control the data units directly from radio units. The towers are having these RU mounted which can be managed through a web platform. Major players in this field are Keysight, Solid, Comba, Wavelabs, Cirrus and more. Indigenous 5G enabled phone Optimus is in the market at cost of 20,000 . Other phones by major private players are also in the market like Samsung, Apple and more. Apart from better connection, 5G gives increased bandwidth boost when required eg. ambulance.
