Modern Criminal Laws

    New criminal laws have been made and their impacts are to be studied. These have been enforced o o n July 1.  These laws are modified to fight modern day crimes. Any electronic media will be considered as a document  of proof. Earlier only Email was considered as an evidence. But now all electronic devices will be under suspect  to be instrument of crime . Nowadays crimes are executed via use of social media. It's a trend for parents to create  a social media account for a newborn. It is far too easy for a child to escape the warnings by faking their age.  Everyone is aware of the restriction to be less than 18. There is a lot of negativity. Youngsters are getting exposed  to vulgarity and nudity. This causes a lot of crimes to be catalyzed.  The three new criminal laws in 2024 are Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita and  Bharatiya Saksha Adhiniyam . General Lok Sabha Elections 2024

 2024 General Elections have come to an end. The elections were conducted peacefully. This time it took seven phases. It was equally divided and totally controlled. This helped to reach to a record 68 Cr voting. This is most by any country in world restating the term 'largest democracy' of the world. Results of elections were announced on 4th of June. NDA was crowned as the majority winning party by citizens of India. The motto of this elections was 'Chunav ka parv,Desh ka Garv'. The theme song 'Mai Bharat hoo' was sung in different Indian languages by various celebrity singers.BJP crossed a mark of 293 seats while INC received 99 being one of largest party in India . Congress however recovered seats of Rae Bareli and Amethi.

Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana

 Under this scheme, household is to be provided to the billion population of India . For EWS, 30 sq. mt. of carpet area will be provided.

Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana

 Under this scheme women are given support of buying a LPG connection. This will help them to save themselves from harmful carbon emissions of old chulhas. Also heat energy requirement will get fulfilled. Every one will get Rs 1600 fund which includes A cylinder- Rs 1250 A hose- Rs 100 A Pressure Regulator- Rs 150 Training / Inspection- Rs 75 Domestic gas consumer card- Rs 25 Additionally, All PMUY beneficiaries will be provided with first LPG refill and Stove (hotplate) both free of cost along with their deposit free connection by the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs). Free Silai Machine Yojana

 Supporting women and making them independent and self reliant, this scheme is released. Under this scheme they will receive Rs 15000 monthly. They will receive training and a sewing machine so that they may work on your own. The requirement for free machine is that husband's income must be less than Rs 12000 monthly. Age shall be 20-40 years. PM Vishwakarma Yojana

 Under this scheme, labours will get a support of Rs 15000 and an amount of Rs 500 every month. The monthly incentive is given only if training is undertaken. The support of Rs 15000 shall be used for buying toolkit . Documents required are- Aadhaar Card E Shram Card Labour Card Ration Card Mobile Number Residence Proof Cast Proof Card Job Card( If available)  One may also get a loan of 3Lakhs. Out of 3, one lac is given first which shall be repaid in 18 months. Rest two lakhs are received if one successfully pays back. Duration for paying back two lakhs is 30 months.

National policy for women empowerment in India

   What is Women empowerment? Women empowerment means giving woman equal status of opportunity as a man along with pay and benefits. They must not get hindered  by physical limitations. As technology is growing , jobs are becoming less physical. Most of the work has moved to remote based in times of covid era. Women are also required to be supported to handle their own babies. Modi government is working for Women empowerment in India.  In Chhatisgarh, the 'Mahatari Vandan Yojana' state works for women empowerment. This scheme provides Rs 1000 monthly to ladies. This will help them to get nutritious diet along with their children. Financial inclusion of ladies is a secret motive behind this scheme. To avail this scheme one needs an Aadhaar card along with Id identity. It also requires a bank account to receive the amount along with bank account linked to Aadhaar.
